THE SPRING TIME Part 3

Psalm 112

The Scriptural passage emphasises on the fear of God that makes a man live in obedience to the moral principles.

Here lies the strength of these religious convictions, which in spite of the contradictions experienced in actual life, persists in maintaining the grand principle of Divine Justice, and declaring that the cause of virtue will triumph and Success and Wealth never fail the faithful.

(1Chro29:11-12)

This is a state of walking and working in harmony with God, standing right under every pressure doing what is right.

Doing good is the only certainly happy action of a mans life.

What goes around must definitely come around.

Although these days, the pursuit of “TRUTH” is not without its attendant price, but is rewarding after all; even beyond the lifetime of the individual.

In my little years of sojourn on this planet, as I have taken time to study men of the past, and even some in the present, I see posterity leaving a legacy on the sands of time for the Righteous.

In Psalm 112 verse 3, we have Gods sanction of Wealth and Riches for the righteous man.

How foolish are we to condemn riches and class rich men only for prosperity.

It was Gods original plan for all men to be prosperous, to use all things bestowed by God for the good of the less privileged as Gods treasurers, for Gods glory.

Wealth is a blessing if used as God intended. (Psalm 113v5,9 & 2 Cor 8:14).

Can God trust you with money?.

Can you guide your affairs with discretion?. God is not a spendthrift nor a shylock, but He is looking for Men of unquestionable characters, to whom He will bestow His resources for the empowerment of His own.

Luke 16:11 saith “If ye had not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches”.

Apostle Paul in I Cor 4:7 saith “For who maketh thee to differ from another? And what hast thou, that thou did not receive? Now if thou did receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it? “And God is able to make all grace abound towards you: that ye always having all sufficiency in all things may abound to every good work” (II Cor 9:8)

God expected us to start our seed by faith with our tithing of 10% of whatever He gave us (Lev 27:10) “A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from above” (Jn 3:27) as your faith grows, so your ability to trust God grows.

Our obedience to God is a proof of our love and trust and “He that ministereth seed to the sower, both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness” (II Cor 9:10).
